Gear: Normal highschooler outfit, wheres the Quincy Cross as a thin bracelet on his left wrist in the shape of a pentacle. Wields the Sanrei glove on his left hand.

Personality: "I'm not you're average every-day hero. I would rather read a book on chemistry than to go out of my way to help others who can't even help themselves. Nor am I your common leader, as I hardly even know why I am leader. I'm a disgrace to the Ishida name for not being a Quincy prodigy, yet I am a pride to the Quincy name simply from being an Ishida.
To simply say I'm one of those 'I don't care' type of people would be neither justifying nor accurate. Simply put, I do care completely for the sake of my fellow Quincies, for the Human Race and for the destruction of all Hollow. However, it isn't fair for me to go out of my way to do extra work for others who aren't fitting. As far as I'm concerned, if a Quincy needs the help of me, or anyone for that matter, than they aren't a Quincy.
Simply put, I'm a straightforward kind of guy who does what he prefers. Though, the majority of the time I'd prefer a short story and a cup of hot tea, I am a Quincy, and an Ishida on top of that. It is my duty to defend the Ishida name..after this chapter at least.."

Background: After the war between the Shinigami and Quincy 100 years ago, Uryuu Ishida, one of my forefathers was named leader of all remaining Quincy. As his first act, he turned the system into a Hierarchy, where his children, whether male or female would assume the throne in their predecessors death. My mother, Lilly Ishida, died about 3 years prior to me becoming successor. The cause of her death is, sadly, unknown, however, my own investigation revealed that the wounds werent done by weapon..they must have been done by hand..Arrancar hand..
