Name of zanpakuto: Tamashi no heishi

Shikai ability/ressureccion: It's increases his speed by ten fold. He grows stronger the faster he goes and the only ones who can match his speed are captain level fighters. His sword doesn't just go away like the others his fuses into his tail making it razor sharp. He can use his cero from both hands giving him a White cero (right hand) and Black cero (left hand). Also gains great power even without his speed that doesn't fall but is weaker then espada power five or above. Sense the blade is made of blood he can use it to heal any injures that he receives mine losing a limb or some vital organs. To keep this ability going he has to kill more hollow to get the blood to use this ability. He so far has a reserve enough for 25 injurers. (Serious injures need more blood use, Based on injury.)

Detailed description or picture of Bankai and Shikai, Bow, Fullbring weapon, General weapons: but made of blood from the hollows he slayed before becoming an arrancar. Still hard as Steel.

Weakness: If you slow him down it affects his power. Though in his segunda etapa that weakness vanishes and he grows to be a almost perfect espada. Well explain after i get Sengunda etapa. Loses the ability to use the blade that is made of blood ability to heal himself if he releases the blade.

I'd just request you mod your speed... To Captains in general, you can get faster once you obtain your Segunda Etapa. But at the moment you're rank 2 and asking for a very pure form of speed. I'd advise toning it back from equaling the leaders to captain level fighters seeing as we're all on par with the other Captains.

eh my character is set on speed but sure...

I have a counter for it but either Moku and Alu probably Reina and Maiko are all faster than Agron barring his 'final form'. Remember you've still got another rank to go and you're trying to elevate yourself to Captain level with basically shikai alone.
